mod_pagespeed is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. We sell support; Priority and Enterprise add a private package repository (being set up).

mod_pagespeed is licensed under the [Apache License 2.0](https://modpagespeed.com/license/). Every
feature is available to everyone.

The `LICENSE`, `NOTICE` and `THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES` files ship with every
distribution — the Docker images, the .deb and .rpm packages, and the NuGet
packages. Bundled third-party components are listed in `THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES`
under their own licenses.

## Support subscriptions

The software is the same for everyone. Paid tiers are support subscriptions:
the tiers and what each one includes are on the [pricing page](https://modpagespeed.com/pricing/), and
the [Terms of Service](https://modpagespeed.com/terms/) govern a subscription.
